KALTENGNEWS.co.id – KASONGAN –Warga Desa Tumbang Marak, Kecamatan Katingan Tengah dihebohkan dengan penemuan bayi perempuan di lokasi Keramat area kebun Plasma II KKD PT. Karya Dewi Putra (KDP), Kamis 17 November 2022 sekira pukul 15.30 WIB.
Setelah ditelusuri, pelaku merupakan ibu kandung bayi itu sendiri yaitu LY (20) yang merupakan mandor pupuk PT. KDP.
Saat dikonfirmasi Jumat 18 November 2022, Kapolres Katingan AKBP Paulus Sonny Bhakti Wibowo melalui Kapolsek Katingan Tengah Iptu Affan Effendi Batubara, membenarkan adanya kejadian tersebut. Dijelaskan bahwa saat itu pelaku pada Senin 14 November 2022 sedang bekerja dan merasa sakit perut, pada saat mau menuju pulang merasa tidak tahan dan ingin BAB.
Karena merasa lemas, pelaku berbaring dan tanpa sadar janin yang berada di dalam perutnya keluar (melahirkan). Pelaku langsung mengambil Bayinya dan membungkus dengan jaket yang digunakan agar Bayinya aman serta menitipkan kesebuah rumah yang ditemui diujung kebun KKW PT. KDP.
“Pada Selasa 15 November 2022, pelaku mendatangi rumah tempat menitipkan bayi dengan niat untuk memandikan dan menyusui bayinya tersebut dan kembali menitipkan untuk sementara. Kemudian, pada Rabu 16 November 2022, pelaku kembali datang ke rumah tersebut dan menyusui serta merawat bayinya dan kembali ditinggalkan untuk dititip,” jelas Iptu Affan Effendi Batubara.
Pada Kamis 17 November 2022, pelaku kembali mengunjungi bayi dan mengambil dari orang yang dititipkan bayi tersebut, kemudian memasukan ke dalam sebuah keramat kecil dengan dibungkus kain jaket dan ditinggalkan pergi. Lanjut pada sore hari bayi ini pertama kali ditemukan oleh seorang warga bernama Bayu yang sedang berburu hewan biawak, dan mendengar ada tangisan bayi di dalam sebuah keramat dan memeriksanya. Setelah mengetahui bahwa ada seorang bayi di dalam keramat tersebut, Bayu langsung menghubungi sekurity PT. KDP untuk mengamankannya.
Menurut keterangan pelaku, bayi tersebut merupakan hasil hubungan antara dirinya dengan seorang dengan seorang laki-laki bernama Erik yang merupakan Asisten QC PT. ADS yang notabenenya sudah berumahtangga sehingga menyembunyikan kehamilannya.
“Saat ini Polsek Katingan Tengah sedang mendalami permasalahan tersebut dengan melakukan penyelidikan untuk menentukan langkah tindakan kepolisian selanjutnya mohon petunjuk dan arahan pimpinan,” pungkasnya. (Rul/Anggra)
